This session is going to get you out of the starting blocks by uncovering all the reasons you don’t write. Goal setting. Finding time, creating space for your writing.

Mining the gold within.
In this workshop, you’ll be led through a series of fun and simple, yet highly effective exercises designed to spark memories and create all-important content.
Session 3
Find your form.
Truth or fiction? You decide, then settle on genre – it’s more important than you think.
Session 4
Storyline and plot
The key to the success of your story is in this foundation phase. Beginnings, middles and endings, and why muddling along just won’t cut it.
Session 5
POV – Look who’s talking and when.
Who will tell your story and why?
What tense will be most effective?

Voice it
Listen up! The art of believable dialogue

Scenes and drama
Scenes are the fundamental building blocks of your plot. Mastering the art of scene writing is crucial if you want to write a novel.
